FP Design is not responsible/liable for defects due to the use of natural wood materials such as sapping, mold, checking, warping, twisting, or any other defect inherent in the use of natural wood materials.  We try to use stable quality material as much as possible to prevent any defects that might occur, but this is a natural product.

FP Design is not responsible/liable for the misuse of products.  Products are intended to be used for the function/purpose to which they were designed for.  Any use outside of the intended function/purpose to which the product was designed for is considered misuse.
